Sitting Volleyball is a sport accessible to people with and without a disability. It is played sat on the floor over a low net on a court smaller than standard size. It is an exciting variation of volleyball, inclusive for all and growing in popularity throughout the UK with hopes of success at the 2012 Paralympics. Loughborough Lions forms part of the East Midlands Sitting Volleyball network which aims to provide people from all over the region with the opportunity to engage in this sport. As a club we are committed to volleyball for the disabled therefore our sessions aim to cater for people with all disabilites.
